Summer Beats in Bari: Unmissable Live Music Coming to Fiera del Levante
13 July 2026

From Tommaso Paradiso and Skunk Anansie in July to Judas Priest in September and stadium nights with Laura Pausini and Pinguini Tattici Nucleari in 2027 — Bari's live calendar is stacked.
Something is happening in Bari. The Puglian capital has turned the Fiera del Levante — its vast historic fairgrounds on the seafront — into one of southern Italy's essential summer stages, and the bookings this season back up the ambition: two festivals, one legacy jazz giant, one British rock institution, and a pipeline of arena and stadium shows that runs deep into 2027.
The immediate business is this week. On Tuesday 21 July, Tommaso Paradiso opens the run with his "Estate 2026" show for the Oversound Music Festival — the king of the modern Italian summer anthem, in a city built for warm-night singalongs. Three days later, on Friday 24 July, the Locus Festival brings the mighty Skunk Anansie to the same stage; Skin remains one of rock's great frontwomen, and Locus — the tastemaking festival that has been importing world-class acts to Puglia for over twenty years — is exactly the right host. The next evening, Saturday 25 July, Frah Quintale keeps the Locus flag flying with his Summer Tour '26, all warmth and melody for a Saturday crowd.
July closes with a masterclass: on Thursday 30 July, Marcus Miller presents "We Want Miles!" for Locus 2026 — the legendary bassist revisiting the Miles Davis repertoire he helped shape. For jazz lovers, this is the ticket of the Puglian summer. Then on Sunday 2 August, the Oversound festival delivers its emotional headline: NEGRAMARO, Puglia's own, bringing "Una Storia Ancora Semplice Live 2026" home. A Negramaro show in Puglia is less a concert than a regional holiday; expect the fairgrounds full to the water's edge.
September keeps the fairgrounds busy. Capo Plaza brings his Summer Tour to the Sottosopra Fest on Sunday 6 September — and then, remarkably, Judas Priest arrive on Monday 7 September. Yes: the Metal Gods, in Bari, one night after one of Italian trap's biggest names. That collision alone tells you what the Fiera del Levante has become.
When the weather turns, the action moves indoors to the PalaFlorio: nayt brings his "Noi Individui" tour on Tuesday 3 November, and SHIVA's autumn palasport tour lands on Wednesday 2 December. And the horizon beyond is genuinely spectacular — ELODIE brings her 2027 show to the PalaFlorio on Saturday 8 May 2027, before the Stadio San Nicola, Renzo Piano's great flower of a stadium, hosts two giant nights in June 2027: Laura Pausini's "Io Canto World Tour" on Saturday 19 June and Pinguini Tattici Nucleari's stadium tour on Thursday 24 June.
For visitors, a Fiera del Levante concert comes with Bari at its best around it. The venue sits on the seafront a short ride from Bari Vecchia, where the evening ritual writes itself: orecchiette from the women who make them in the street, a walk around the old town's basilica of San Nicola, an aperitivo on the lungomare as the light goes gold — then music by the sea.
Dates, venues and official ticket links for every show above — and for events across the whole of Italy — are on The Local Art Hub events pages, updated daily. And if Puglia's momentum inspires you to bring live music to your own event, our platform is full of local artists ready to book. Ci vediamo in fiera.
